Immigration lawyer here. Signed up with LL in May 2022. $230/month (later went up to $320). So, it's almost 4k/year. If you don't get results, then that's some very expensive hosting!! Wrote lots of content. Hours and hours over months and months. Checked it against the many "example sites" they sent me (existing law firms using LL) and I had as much content as at least half of them. They could not give me a good answer (always evasive) when I asked if just doubling or tripling the content would get some (any) traction. They looked at my site (after I told them I checked out the other law firms who used LL) and they said my issue was that my content did not sufficiently distinguish me from the competition. They said I needed to narrow down my practice area. I practice immigration law. They said I needed to focus on just one area of immigration law (a niche within a niche). But, when I looked (again) at the example sites they sent me, these other firms were practicing different areas of immigration law. I practice one area of law. The example sites were for immigration law firms and firms practicing one area (criminal, estates etc.), but they were not narrow-focused super niche firms. What surprised me is that in one and a half years of using them, I did not get one email or phone inquiry from anyone, ever!!! Just silence, nothingness. Even by their standards, a site dedicated to one practice area with what they said was substantial content should get at least one or two inquiries in the space of 18 months (right?). When I asked them about back-end optimization, they said that was a trade secret and would not allow me to access it. They said they take care of all that! They don't! They market themselves as the ones who can get your firm results online if you just create the content. They don't! I suspect they have a few firms they do favors for and then have those guys agree to use their sites in marketing. The whole racket is based on them working hard for a select few and then raking the money in from everyone else for as long as they can, with the least amount of work on their part, until those people (like me) see the light of day and cancel. Rinse and repeat. In the end I realized I was paying $320 a month for hosting!! I literally set fire to almost $4000! I give them one star because I have to and because the webpages looked kind of nice. Very disappointing service. I felt fleeced.

When I asked where they got my contact information from (including my personal cell phone) they would lie and give different accounts for how they received information about me that I did not share.

The team that gets you live on the web gets you up and running in minutes. Afterwards, within a few days, you get training on using the platform from the support team. Support, too, was excellent. The best experience I've had with a web designer. We went through 3 other web designers in a year. Nothing ever got launched . . .I was ready to give up on web designers. Then a colleague showed us their website by LawLytics. I thought, it looks great, seems user friendly, price is good . . . so what's the catch . . . I've been down this road before with other "attorney" specific web designers. Reluctantly, I thought, I will give it one more try with another website designer, and I'm so glad I did! I have just completed the initial website setup process. I was paying another website company much more than what I'm paying Lawlytics, and that company hasn't done anything on my site for years. When I made requests for changes on my site it felt like I was bothering my previous website company. My website wasn't up to date at all. Lawylytics transferred everything from my former site to my new site. It has been a few months since the transfer and I have spent most of that time working on my new website. I have requested help from Lawylytics support so many time in the last few months it became embarrassing....but Lawlytics has been extremely accomodating and helpful the entire time. I have dealt with a few of the Lawlytics support staff and they have all been great, but I have dealt mostly with Shayne Goldie and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I was paying three times as much as I am now paying and the higher payment to the old web group was bringing no results causing me to look for an alternative provider. For me, knowing the owner of the company was a plus because I trust him and the people he has working on our account. The transfer was simple and took little to no effort on my part to have our page updated. Whenever we need assistance, it is prompt and efficient. The monthly payment is automatic and the opportunity to pay more for additional services, vs. what you want to do for yourself fits into my busy practice.
