This policy explains what LawFirmMarketingAgency.org collects, why, and what we do with it. We've kept it in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
We collect information in two situations:
- When you request an Agency Match report. We ask for your email address and your law firm's website so we can generate and send you a personalized report. Anything you type into the Agency Match chat (practice area, budget, goals, follow-up questions) is stored alongside that request.
- Anonymous analytics. Like most websites, we may collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type) to understand what's useful and what isn't.
We don't ask for payment information, and we don't require an account to browse the directory.
What we do with it
- Deliver the Agency Match report you requested.
- Store your request in our CRM so we can follow up if useful.
- We may follow up with you about marketing services — including from Constellation Marketing, the agency that operates this site (see our About & Methodology page for the disclosure). You can opt out of any follow-up at any time.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Full stop.
How long we keep it
We retain lead and CRM data for as long as it's useful for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Deletion requests
Want your information removed? Use the contact form and tell us what to delete. We'll confirm once it's done.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's session storage to remember basic chat state (like whether you've already unlocked your Agency Match report) so the site works smoothly as you browse. This isn't used for tracking or advertising, and it clears when you close your browser session.
Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to run the site and its features:
- AI processing. Chat messages sent through Agency Match are processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate matches and reports.
- Email delivery. Report and contact-form emails are sent through a transactional email provider (Mailgun).
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
Each of these vendors only receives the data needed to perform their function.
