They must remove negative reviews. This agency does the typical bait-and-switch tactic. I paid $20,000 for a website, but another expert reviewed it and found many errors. The new design was not creative after I got someone to check the work. They did not address the primary concerns I paid for. They persuaded me to buy more pages, but did not deliver what I paid for. I know AI was used for writing pages, but why isn't it on my website? It’s clear they outsource work, and when deadlines are missed, they probably have to pay extra fees. I was repeatedly lied to. Despite the lack of detail and failure to deliver what I paid for, they still try to charge me for SEO. Their prices are excessive. Consider going to Justia, a freelancer, or PaperStreet if you want to spend a lot of money. I am thinking about suing them since they never finished the job.
