I can't say enough about my experience working with Michele Braverman and the design team. I set out to build a website for my law firm. Being extremely particular, I figured this would be a time-consuming process that would take my attention away from what matters for my business - legal services. That was not the case. After less than an hour on the phone, they understood my vision, answered all of my questions, and within about a week provided me with a website that was completely on point. They were able to put into reality what I had loosely visualized in my head. Excellent service, communication, responsiveness and very talented individuals.

Great page design. My contacts at Omnizant were very responsive and courteous. I was feeling the pressure to go live as fast as possible—it took only two weeks even after peppering them with change requests. Particularly impressive work considering the design and implementation was part of a reasonable subscription-based model (i.e., no additional charge)! I have no reason to doubt that we’ll start appearing in local searches soon.

The first draft literally looked like a Powerpoint slide and incorporated my sample marketing materials in a way that suggests they know little about business law. This crew absolutely tanked my website. They recommended a new website when I hired them and assured me that transitioning to a new site would not result in a steep fall in traffic. As for the site, they use some cookie cutter cityscape template, which is nice enough, but again, it's a template. Ultimately, a nice website is meaningless if people don't find it. In my case, traffic PLUMMETED after the new site was launched in October of last year. You can't expect immediate, dramatic improvements in traffic when a new SEO company takes over, but you certainly should not expect a downgrade in traffic volume either. Garrett, their too slick sales guy, tried to assure me this was a momentary blip. It wasn't. I kept them on for several more months and never saw a meaningful rebound in traffic. They make some "guarantee" about ranking for certain keywords within 3 months (may have been six months). In any event, this did not happen. (You should always be wary of guarantees by SEO companies and I'm embarrassed I fell for this cheap pitch.) I am still trying to recover from the damage these people did to my site. Here's a screenshot. Check out the traffic falling off a cliff after the slick Omnizant site was launched in October. BUYER BEWARE!
