This agency works across many industries with no particular legal specialization.
How we score →Scorpion is a digital marketing agency with over 20 years of experience helping local businesses grow revenue through purpose-built technology, advertising, and marketing strategies. Serving law firms, home services companies, franchises, and medical practices, Scorpion combines AI-powered tools with expert support to drive leads and maximize client results. They have helped over 20,000 businesses generate more than $100 billion in revenue.
Scorpion is one of the largest players in local-business digital marketing, with more than two decades in the space and a client roster that spans law firms, home services companies, franchises, and medical practices. The company says it has worked with over 20,000 businesses and generated more than $100 billion in client revenue — scale that puts it in a different weight class than most boutique legal marketing shops, for better and for worse.
Scorpion’s model is built around proprietary technology layered on top of standard marketing services: SEO and content, digital advertising with automated spend optimization across channels, and Scorpion Convert, an AI-driven lead-conversion tool designed to catch and follow up on missed calls and form fills before they turn into lost business. Web design, marketing strategy, and a reporting platform round out the offering. The pitch is a single integrated system rather than a patchwork of vendors — one dashboard, one point of contact, one technology stack managing SEO, PPC, and conversion together.
With well over 200 Google reviews spanning more than a decade, Scorpion has by far the largest and most varied feedback record of any agency in this category, and reading through it in full paints a more complicated picture than either a pure endorsement or a pure warning. On the positive side, the pattern is familiar from other large agencies: clients consistently credit specific, named account managers — Christian Villasenor, Luke, Nikki Bellavance, Khaled, and others — for years-long relationships, steady lead growth, and smooth technical integrations with practice-management or field-service software. Several long-tenured clients (four, six, even ten-plus years) describe consistent results and responsive service throughout.
But Scorpion also carries a genuinely sizable negative tail, and it would be dishonest to soft-pedal it. A recurring and specific complaint involves contract terms: several reviewers describe 12-month agreements with steep exit costs, and multiple clients allege that after cancellation, Scorpion either took down or threatened to take down a website the client had already paid to have built, or continued to bill for hosting and services after the relationship ended. Other reviews describe a gap between marketing spend and outcomes — one client cites $10,000+ spent on Local Service Ads returning only a handful of qualified leads, another describes losing over $80,000 across an eight-month engagement before ending the relationship. A separate thread of complaints centers on account management inconsistency after the sale: slow escalation when problems arise, difficulty reaching a manager’s supervisor, and, in a few cases, being told directly to seek leads through a third-party platform instead. There’s also a specific 2025 complaint from a personal injury firm calling the service “terrible” and “a tremendous waste of money” with no further detail, and a technical complaint about a client’s Google Business Profile going down for months without resolution.
To be fair to Scorpion, several of the negative reviews also describe the company eventually working to resolve the dispute — forgiving a balance, extending a contract exit — once escalated far enough, and the sheer review volume here means even a small percentage of dissatisfied clients produces a long list of detailed complaints. But the volume and specificity of the negative reviews, concentrated heavily around contract and billing disputes, is not something a prospective client should discount.
It’s worth separating Scorpion’s negative reviews into distinct categories rather than treating them as one undifferentiated pile of complaints, because they point to different underlying risks. The contract and cancellation disputes — website takedowns, continued billing, exit-cost disagreements — are a structural/legal risk tied specifically to contract terms and should be addressed by reading the agreement closely and negotiating specific cancellation and asset-ownership language before signing. The ROI complaints — spend not converting to leads, budget concentrated in underperforming channels like Performance Max or Facebook instead of higher-converting Local Service Ads — are a performance/reporting risk, and firms concerned about this pattern should ask for granular, channel-by-channel spend and conversion reporting from day one rather than accepting blended results. The account-management complaints — slow escalation, difficulty reaching a supervisor, inconsistent attention after the initial sale — are a service-quality risk that seems tied to which specific manager and team a client is assigned, similar to the pattern seen at other large-scale agencies in this category. Distinguishing between these helps a prospective client ask sharper, more specific questions during the sales process instead of a generic “do you have complaints” question that any agency will deflect.
Scorpion’s breadth across industries — law, home services, franchises, medical — is central to its scale and its technology investment, but it also means a law firm is one vertical among several the company serves, rather than the sole focus the way it is for legal-exclusive agencies like Rankings.io or Postali. That’s not automatically a disadvantage; a large multi-industry agency can afford deeper technology investment (like the Scorpion Convert platform) than most boutique legal shops. But it does mean a firm evaluating Scorpion should ask specifically how much of the account team’s day-to-day expertise is legal-specific versus generalist, and should weigh that against agencies where every account manager works exclusively with attorneys.
Scorpion suits firms that want the resources, technology investment, and case-study scale of a large national platform, and that are comfortable navigating a bigger, more corporate vendor relationship in exchange for that scale — including asking pointed questions up front about contract length, cancellation terms, and who owns the website if the relationship ends. Firms that have been burned by contract lock-in before, or that prioritize a smaller agency where the same person answers the phone every time, should weigh the negative review pattern here carefully and may be better matched with a boutique legal-only shop with a cleaner complaint record. See how it compares in our ranking of the best criminal defense marketing agencies and our ranking of the best personal injury marketing agencies.
Reviews are split between glowing praise and sharp criticism. Satisfied clients consistently credit individual account managers by name for responsiveness, transparency, and steady lead growth, often citing multi-year relationships and smooth ServiceTitan or platform integrations. A recurring negative thread describes aggressive sales tactics, rigid 12-month contracts, and disputes over cancellation: several reviewers say Scorpion withheld or threatened to take down their website after contract disputes, continued billing after cancellation, or delivered poor ROI relative to spend ($10k+/month in some cases). Others report inconsistent account management quality, slow escalation when problems arise, and confusion between PPC spend and actual SEO work. Overall sentiment skews positive but with a meaningful and vocal negative minority.
Scorpion has done stellar work for us over the years. Our current AM, Matthew, has done a great job supporting our account.
First impression is really not there came in wanting to interview their company to set up a contract to possibly spend $50,000 a year and although we weren’t hitting the requirement of $1 million per year, they told me straight up that they weren’t interested in my business Guy on the phone really didn’t sign interested in regards to making a sale and really should be reevaluated
I am so happy I took the “leap of faith” and joined up with Scorpion. From the very first day the have exceeded my expectations. Ben, and Justin have been phenomenal. I have already had an increase in calls and my Google listing has jumped to first page. This is only two weeks after new website launch. I would give Ben and Justin 10 stars if I could.
We've been with Scorpion for about four years now, and they've been great every step of the way. The integration with ServiceTitan has been smooth and really helped us streamline things. Since teaming up with them, our pay-per-click costs have gone down, and our Google presence has gone way up. We also love how transparent everything is — we can easily see where our marketing budget is going and the results we're getting. Overall, Scorpion has been an awesome partner, and we couldn't be happier with the results!
We used them for our law firm marketing. They are terrible. Tremendous waste of money. Whatever you do stay away from this company. They promised the moon and fail to perform.
👀
I used Scorpion before to promote my law firm and build my website in 2013. Back then, the website was great but the Seo not so great. I decided to try them again this year and I couldn't be more pleased. They have upped their game considerably and are keeping a steady flow of new clients coming in using Seo and PPC. Whatever changed in the last 6 years I don't know but right now they are the bomb and I am hoping they can keep it up. The personal attention from my account manager and attention to detail is very gratifying because I have never had that level of service before from any company I have worked with. And this service is not just on the weekdays. So Bravo Scorpion, I took a chance on you again and it is paying off.
Scorpion has great people who are working there! They have good expertise, consistency and good customer service. However the way their system built is not what I am happy about. Too many focus on automation while limiting custom approach to company’s marketing goals. Also the website platform they use is terrible and unfortunately no decent designers. But this is something their employees cant fix. 5 star for people who worked with me and 2 star for management who actually reached out for my feedback using automated email and when I responded with my feedback did not even bother to follow up or prove that they actually care.
Superb SEO Company. 10+++ Scorpion SEO team will get your business to flouish and achieve your reasonable expectations within your business profession in no time at all. They are pros at what they do but more importantly give your business and you, individually, the attention and care as if your business is their own. in short, if you are searching for an SEO company to promote your business, save yourself time and money with the rest and go with the best, SCORPION.
Tripled my business..Leslie is the bomb
Scorpion has taken us from zero to hero in our niche and area. Everystep of the way they have treated us like family and focused on our business success. Simply put hands down the best ad agency out there.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Scorpion. Khaled, my account manager, has been outstanding — always attentive, responsive, and proactive in giving advice that truly makes a difference. Thanks to Khaled and the entire Scorpion team, our revenue has increased every quarter. Their strategies, effort, and guidance have been spot on, and it’s clear they are invested in our success. I highly recommend Scorpion to anyone looking for a team that delivers real results.
Our family business signed on with Scorpion at $10,000 per month under the promise of real SEO growth, lead generation, and revenue-focused results. After months of working with them, the reality couldn’t be further from what they sold us. • Minimal Results: Despite their flashy talk of “AI-powered SEO” and “Revenue MAX”, we saw virtually no meaningful improvement in organic rankings, traffic, or qualified leads. • Overpriced & Misleading: For what they charge, you’d expect measurable ROI. Instead, most of what they deliver leans on expensive PPC campaigns while calling it “SEO.” • No Transparency: We asked for clear data on results and ROI and got generic reports with no real accountability. • Lock-In Tactics: What they don’t tell you upfront is that if you ever want to leave, you risk losing your website and campaign data because they control the assets. In short, Scorpion overpromises and underdelivers. They burned through our budget with little to show for it. Don’t be fooled by the buzzwords or their aggressive sales pitch—if you’re a business owner serious about growth, look elsewhere.
We partnered with Scorpion for 8 months, really good sales strategy from their side, after the sales rep walked me through the contract we were pushed to agree right there on spot, after 8 months spending over $12k a month we were averaging about 5-6 leads for that amount, we decided to cut relations with them and they wouldn’t give us our website back and made us pay for the rest of the contract, very disappointed, feel like they are trying to get your money instead of helping small businesses to starts, in my case we lost over 80k in a hole.
I used this company’s services for a few years. Each year, I clearly communicated that I did not want ads to run during December, January, February, and March, since I’m an exterior contractor and those months are generally unworkable due to weather (snow and ice). I also fulfilled a 12-month contract with them, as agreed. Despite this, I recently received an invoice—sent through their attorney—demanding payment for services I did not knowingly authorize. I’m disappointed by this experience. If I treated my customers this way, I’d likely face serious backlash online. I’m now in a position where I’ve had to seek legal advice to address the situation. I’m sharing this to help others make informed decisions based on my experience.
We partnered with Scorpion for top-tier HVAC marketing services, but the experience didn’t meet expectations after a few months. Initially, strong onboarding, helpful tools, organized communication, and support from reps like Chazleigh and Cassie were effective. However, support and performance dropped after 6 months, with repeated upsells instead of focusing on current spend. ROI transparency was lacking despite high monthly costs, and misleading expectations about AI features for LSA required additional spending. The program’s focus on self-sufficiency ignored business growth. We learned that being the biggest doesn’t guarantee the best fit. Local accountability and transparency are crucial. We avoided double-spending by checking for software overlaps. Scorpion may work for others, but it wasn’t the right fit for us. We needed real leads, consistent reporting, and a team that followed through. We’ve since moved to a more personalized, performance-based team that aligns with our goals.
My husband, a plumber, placed blind trust in Scorpion, believing their team was handling things professionally and focusing on cost-effective lead generation. We paid $1,200/month for management plus $2,600/month in ad spend, under the impression that our campaigns were centered around Google LSA, which consistently produced the best ROI. Only recently — when I joined in managing the business — did we discover that a large portion of our budget was being spent on channels like Facebook and Performance Max that produced few to no clients, some at a cost of $900+ per client. Meanwhile, the most successful campaign (Google LSA) was receiving only a fraction of the budget. When we brought this to Scorpion’s attention, we were told that rigid AI-based budgeting and bundled directories made reallocation difficult. We were also promised a smooth transition when we canceled our contract, but even that has been mishandled — our LSA account was not successfully transferred. We’ve requested a modest reimbursement and short-term campaign support to ensure a smooth handoff, but our messages are now being ignored. I would not recommend Scorpion to any small business owner who values transparency, performance accountability, or client-first service.
July 3, 2025 I am editing my last review for Scorpion Advertising. I hired Scorpion advertising in April 2024 to build my website and to help us get leads. We had an extremely difficult time getting approved and up and running on Google. It cost us a considerable amount of money for the 10 months that we fought with Google to get approved. We canceled our contract with Scorpion before our deadline was up and we owed a balance. Our business is having a difficult time with the economy, the way it is. Scorpion has agreed to help us by keeping our website up and also forgiving our balance owed on our contract to help us in these difficult times. Devon Hopper, Kristina Zwettler, and Sarah Boncato have been great partners and helping us through these difficult times. There were some misunderstandings that needed to be ironed out, and everyone involved was more than willing to do whatever they could for us. We are hoping that things turn around and we can partner with Scorpion advertising in the future. It’s nice to know that there are still people out there that are willing to help when times are tough. Thank you All at Scorpion. Michael G I have only begun to write reviews of my dis satisfaction. My company contracted with Scorpion Advertising in April of 2024 and it took them 10 months to get our website up and running on Google. We spent upwards of $55,000.00 in which we had a very minimal website built by Scorpion. The last two months of our contract when our website did go live on Google, we received approximately five leads which led to approximately $1800 ROI. We have argued with Scorpion for the last several months about paying the last two installments. They wanted to charge us $500 a month for hosting our website and refused to credit us the last two months because we have unsubscribed with them. We had agreed to the $500 charge each month to host our website, but we did not want to continue paying on the last two months, being that we got nothing from what we’ve spent. They tried to justify how many calls we were getting each month in January and February 2025. I as the owner of the company listened to every recording and found that a lot of of the calls were sales calls and numerous calls were from our regular customers who have been our customers for 20 to 30 years. We tried to get them to waive the last two months of payment and agreed we would pay $500 a month for them to host our website. Now they have informed us that because we did not pay the last two months and we have to complete a 12 month contract, they are taking our website down that we (ALREADY) paid to have built. I have learned a valuable lesson in contracting with any advertising company that wants a 12 month contract without any terms of ROI satisfaction. I hope anyone that is considering advertising will read this review and dig a lot deeper than I did to make sure they do not get taken advantage of the way we did. I would definitely recommend steering clear of Scorpion advertising. Thank You
We are a family owned plumbing company. Partnering with Scorpion has been the best business decision our team has made. They are the only company that walks the walk. Being a service titan user the integration and results scorpion has driven for us has been game changing. We recommend scorpion.
Scorpion's goal according to their website, "For more than two decades, we have focused on a singular goal: help businesses succeed". Yet I got the complete opposite of that and no one at Scorpion seemed to care enough to resolve the matter. According to Scorpion's website their values consist of "constant improvement, genuine care, unbeatable teamwork, unmatched results, and a winning mindset". Although no one on the team provided to me, whether it be my account manager or sales representative or anyone up the chain of command, seemed to remember these "values". I couldn't ever get ahold of anyone in a timely manner and when I did, the blame was constantly passed around, that seems like a pretty beatable level of teamwork to me and ungenuine care on the team's part in concern to me and my business. It is also apparent to me that "constant improvement" isn't attainable unless you pay an increased amount month after month for services that were never provided in the first place, but are claimed to improve with more money out of my pockets. My business was always ranked poorly on Google and whenever I got ahold of anyone to question the lack of performance on their end, they would give me a run around or tell me it should go up in time. Not to mention if anything goes wrong on Scorpion's end, their team will simply suggest you go elsewhere to get leads. I originally met my sales representative at the Mitsubishi dealers meeting that was held at TopGolf, We then started in May of 2024 and the new website went up. I was originally assigned one account manager. I was told that we would have monthly meetings, which never happened until I called. We finally had our meeting and very little was discussed. Every time we spoke, they always mentioned the work that was being done was on the back end and never really told me what that was. Around November when the shoulder season came around, we were not getting any leads and phones were not ringing like they said they would. I tried to reach out to my representative and she was nowhere to be found. She constantly ignored my calls & texts when she originally said I could reach out if I had any issues. We were doing LSA and we started getting so many spam calls of people looking for spectrum and ac car repair. Clearly, they don't know what they are doing. We spent over $10,000 on LSA ads only to get a fraction in return. When I questioned my account manager about the spam calls from our LSA he always said "I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON" then went on the say maybe you should try Thumbtack. Then what am I paying you guys for, if you are telling me to go to a 3rd party company? In my professional opinion, it is very unprofessional to respond with such lack of control of your emotions and to suggest you take your business elsewhere when it is your job to provide these services that I am paying you for. Finally, my representative reached out to me but by that time I wanted nothing to do with Scorpion. By text, she mentioned that the $10,000 I spent on LSA ads were not enough and that I should be spending $15,000 more so LSA ads can work. I was extremely upset that she would even say that after I spent $10,000 and got close to nothing in return. Scorpion preys on small companies and locks them in a 1-year contract knowing they are not going to perform. They put my business in real financial burden. My account manager mentioned that they would let me out of my contract 2 months early and just gave me the run around. I asked for a phone call from his boss and he didn't call until almost 1 month later. They do not care about their customers. My account manager's boss mentioned that they would let me out 1 month early right after they charged my credit card $3,055 which was only 2 days into the billing cycle. So, I paid $3,055 for the website to be up for 2 days, they are implausible and farcical. My account manager's boss said he would try to see if he can get that refunded. NEVER HAPPENED
Complete disaster. I have a small plumbing service business. I paid everything I had to get my website and marketing up and going. They said the results would be immediate and. I would double my income. 3 months later I got around 10 leads. I called several times and sent emails to try to improve the process with no success. Then I was out of money .
We are very unhappy with Scorpion. Our Google Business Profile has been down since September 2024. It is now 2/26/25. They have been unable to fix it. They are now in the process of setting up a new GBP for us, which is not going well. We have to constantly ask our Account Manager, Amanda for updates. We have asked for a manager to call us to see what the hold up is. She said David would call us and its been 3 weeks and we have not heard from him. We have been told that we are not their only customer having issues with their GBP, they said they have 100's of customers having the same issue. What?? This is crazy. We have continually been told by Amanda that she and her team have sent emails and are waiting for Google to get back to them. She has said multiple times that she doesn't have anyone at Google to talk to. My question is... how does a national marketing company, with offices across the nation, with thousands of customers, not have a Google account manager to help them with issues. As of 2/5/25 our Local Service Ads have stopped because our GBP has not been verified. This is absolutely ridiculous! What are we paying for??
Scorpion is an integral part of our business, and they have helped us grow over nearly a decade.
Horrible. Spammers who don’t quit. Would not recommend this place at all. Unresponsive spammers. Worst of the worst.
Scorpion and specifically our Account manager Nikki Bellavance have been wonderful to work with. Would recommend using for your marketing campaign.
Scorpion is the best marketing company to help grow your business. Awesome people to work with.
BUYER BEWARE.......................As a small business owner these guys will not help you they will collect your money day in and day out month after month perform the least amount of work as possible and I mean the least amount of work as possible they don't communicate they don't get back to you they overcharge on top of that they'll take five businesses in your area ,if your service company and they will work with all five of them and tell all five of them (you are number one) and when actuality you're just a paycheck to them they can care less was your position is as long as you paying $20,000 a month if you're not paying that they don't care about you. Since they are SEO company I'm sure they're going to try to figure out a way to send me a bad review and put negative traffic to my website because this is what they do.
Scorpion has performed wonders in terms of marketing our company. When we originally signed on with Scorpion, our prior company was completely unable to meet our needs in terms of website design, marketing our brand, and most importantly, communication. They were the only company we had ever worked with, so we didn't even know how much better of an experience we could be having. As soon as we began working with Scorpion, we noticed a world of difference. Scorpion almost immediately was able to build us the website of our dreams, and deliver a marketing boost beyond what we could have imagined. More than that though, our representative, Mario, consistently communicates with us, through easy to understand reports, and bi-weekly meetings tracking the progress of our growth. He has always responded quickly to any requests we have, and genuinely makes us feel like he cares about our company and it's success. With Scorpion, we always feel like we're in good hands.
I've been using Scorpion for a few years now and want to express how great of an experience I have had. As a business owner we want to be able to hire someone we can trust and be able to communicate with in a prompt manner. Scorpion does that and has been great. Christian Villasenor has been my account manager and is always in my corner. I appreciate you and your team Christian. the efforts they have put forward and systems we have in place have increased my lead volume drastically. between social media, LSA ads and all the other behind the scenes things, the platform they use that ties to my scheduling software and many other attributes I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome.. I recommend any business looking to improve or take it to the next level give scorpion a call for any and all marketing needs!!
I couldn’t be more disappointed in Scorpion & in myself for sticking with Scorpion. We have been with them for years, trying to make it work, trying to “throw money at the problem” (between 10-20k per month), communicating frequently. We are an established home services business with over 16yrs in our market and industry, there is no reason for our phones to just not ring, Scorpion cannot or will not keep us relevant on Google, SEO, etc… there is no clarity on where our monthly budget is going exactly, we recently found out we are being charged for direct searches. We pulled multiple report thru multiple 3rd party website/listing analyzers which highlighted a plethora of issues, scorpion did not take heed to any of this. Bottom line: we are paying too much for too little outcome.
Thank you to Shannon Wilmoth for being quick to answer my questions and assist with marketing goals.
Christian Villasenor is simply the best! We have been using Scorpion for about two years now. My husband and I absolutely love them. Our business has definitely flourished because of them. They have a very supportive team. Any question or concern that we might have are answered promptly. I know Scorpion and Christian our advisor truly care about our business and are rooting for us all the way! This team is very knowledgeable, sweet, and hardworking. I would highly recommend scorpion to anyone.
I've been using Scorpion for several years and have always had a positive experience. The staff and account reps are incredibly helpful, dedicated, and proactive. Our account manager, Christian Villasenor, has become more than just a business partner—he's become a friend and an integral part of our team. We can't thank him enough for his commitment to our marketing efforts and our success.
Christian was incredible. We have a game plan to align our marketing to our efforts. Super excited!
I am extremely disappointed with the performance Scorpion Internet Marketing. I hired Scorpion Marketing to take the burden off of me worrying about running ads to create leads. However, I experienced a loss of 30k in revenue for the whole month and incurred costs of 13k for technicians to be on "standby" due to lack of work. Despite being under the impression that the advertising performance is checked weekly, my Google Ads was disconnected for 4 weeks without anyone from the marketing team noticing until I emailed Scorpion marketing team. I have owned a real estate and electrical contractor business for 15 years with over 1 million revenue and this company has the worst marketing performances and work ethic for the cost of the service (5k a month). I won’t hired scorpion again or recommend them to my enemies. Thank God I didn’t go out of business.
After having the service design a website for my business to increase my Bail Bond business. I think that after paying $1500 per month for a site that will let me know every time some calls or emails, this provides real information. In December 2023 my business received 8 phone calls from the special number. 7 of these call were SPAM, 1 was unqualified. (Andrea account supervisor) was so excited to tell me that was our best month ever for calls. The razzle for the amount of calls is really not the right metric, it should be the conversion rate. My REAL conversion rate for the month of December was 8.75% of the actual calls being the unqualified client. Talking to the representatives is almost impossible because they don't answer their phones and email you back at the end of the day. My advice is READ your contract, when they don't preform keep calling and e-mailing them to preform to their portion of the contract and hire someone to look at your keywords on your website! They forgot to put the hottest keywords in your site and then tell you "we just weren't tracking those in our tracker."
It is an absolute pleasure to work with my account manager, Marissa Velasquez! Her response time is prompt and she always jumps in headfirst to assist with any of my needs. Would recommend to any and everyone I know!
We had a very rocky start to our relationship with Scorpion, and that's putting in lightly. Fortunately, it appears that we're finally on the right track. Ultimately, I am happy with their efforts to rectify the relationship, but still think there is work to be done. It appears to be a classic case of a business that grew too fast, and things appear to get lost when being communicated down the chain of command.
I’ve been with Scorpion about 3 months now. I am so grateful to have found Scorpion! I am so pleased with the results! Sarah Kohler and her team were super helpful in getting my website up and running. And especially thankful for my account manager, Miranda Deuson! She does exactly what she says she will do, and timely too. She keeps her word, which is so important to me! I trust her implicitly to help guide my marketing so I can achieve my goals. I’m very hopeful for a bountiful 2024 with Miranda at the helm. Thank you!
I am please to give a five star rating to Scorpion and specifically to Luke amontillado who is my Account Manager. Luke does a great job helping me get the most of my marketing budget and focusing on results based marketing with Scorpion.
Let me start by saying we are truly grateful to have found scorpion. We were previous customers that had actually left to go to a different company thinking it would be a better fit but boy were we WRONG! We were highly disappointed in the previous company and decided to go back to where we knew we were taken care of, Scorpion. From the beginning they were super responsive and took the time to really get to know us as a company and what we were expecting from them. as a company. We worked with Luke as our account manger the first time and would absolutely not be returning unless we could have him again as our account manager. He truly put in so much work, time and consideration into making sure we were hitting all target goals. He took the time to address every concern we had and did his best to make sure we were comfortable in the plan moving forward. He became more than just a business manager but more like a friend who we really felt had our back and wanted the best for us and our company. Luke is amazing! He. takes care of his people and no matter what time of day, even on his leave he made sure to keep in contact with us, reassuring us we were not doing this alone and he really did care about our success. Couldn't be happier to be back ! We are looking forward to getting back to the top with this amazing team and company behind us and can't wait to reach higher goals because of the dedication Luke and his team are putting into us. Like the saying goes, sometimes the grass is not always greener on the other side. Glad to keep watering and growing with Scorpion!
Fence Near Me recently partnered with Scorpion to handle our marketing needs i.e., brand new website, SEO, Social media. We worked with Nia Gomez as our Creative Manager who was always so pleasant and helpful on every meeting. Ms. Gomez made sure to team us up with Marika Carter as our Account Manager who she believed suited us best, and we couldn’t be happier in our experience so far. Keep up the hard work Ms. Gomez.
This company claims that they will improve your SEO. The website was poorly designed and did not list the areas (they listed 4 areas of which 2 don't even exist) that we service nor the types of blinds that we service. Our google rating went from the top of the page to the bottom. We have made 5 phone calls to try and get this website down and our original website back up, still waiting 2 months after cancelling and requesting they restore our original website.
Scorpion has been a game-changer, driving higher quality leads to our franchisees. Their customer service is responsive, professional and proactive. A special shout-out to my marketing manager, Brandon Harmon, for his exceptional work. Highly recommend Scorpion for their top-notch services!
I have used Scorpion consistently for over 2 years. I have had nothing but amazing service. Shelby is great. We meet virtually monthly. Shelby always has the answers to my questions in ways that make sense. She routinely watches my campaign and alerts me if something doesn’t seem quite right. As a sole owner and employee, it’s nice to know she has my back and looks out for me and watches things when I can’t. I wouldn’t be as far along in my business if I didn’t have Scorpion’s attention to detail. Great job!!!
I have a landscape company and I want to tell you that Presley who is my contact for PPC and LSAs is amazing. She has very tried to sell me on anything, but took the time to explain to me what I should do. It’s hard nowadays to fine someone you can trust, but she knows what she is doing and is amazing to work with. High recommend this company.
4 years ago, I left a 5 Star Review for Scorpion and I wanted to update it, as they keep getting better and better. Everyone at Scorpion has been taking great care of my account since 2011. They have been an integral part of my law firm’s marketing campaign and they have assisted me every step of the way with my practice. They think out of the box and everyone, including top management (thank you Peter Webb) is ready, willing, and able to be of assistance, whenever the need arises. If you are looking for a website for your law office, your first and last call should be to Scorpion.
