Based upon responsiveness and genuine care for our new site, we confidently offer full stars, and we are enjoying our on-going work with David and his team of developers. It's no small feat to design three websites with the specific detailed methodology we chose. Our chosen site details included highly tailored wireframes and elements to achieve outstanding market recognition, and provide a customer-centric experience to build trust and provide education. This company has been great for me. I have used other SEO companies oin the past and they are by far the most responsive and have produced the best results. Its been a short time since starting with SmartSites but signing up with them was easy. What sold me on starting with SmartSites was Ben Stewart. Ben had experience near my area of service and has proven to be a expert in google ads, continues to try new things, great communication and I feel I have a great ads partner in going for the top.

These are great people to work with. For years, I had been suffering through those awful quarterly consultations with my Google Ads advisor only to be continually disappointed by the results. I later came to learn they weren't actually Google employees. They were contractors who were paid for setting up a meeting with me--not because they had actually helped me. It was such a huge waste of time. My experience with SmartSites was everything I wished my Google Ads adviser had been. They actually listened to me and really worked hard to understand what my business was and what I needed. They followed through and executed on everything they said they would. It was just a terrific experience from start to finish. It wasn't free, like those awful consultations with the Google contractors, but it was worth every penny.

Stay away from them!!, Bait and switch!!! Hidden fees, especially huge cancellations fees who were never disclosed then they send collections letters 20 times the amount of the cancellation!! All these reviews must be fake stay away from this company
